The year 2023 marks two decades since the introduction of the Wrangler Rubicon into the automobile industry. Jeep has unveiled the 2023 Jeep® Wrangler Rubicon 4xe 20th Anniversary and the 2023 Jeep® Wrangler Rubicon 392 20th Anniversary.
Most of their refinements add extra functionality and comfort. There are also some new mechanical features. Here are some reasons why the 2023 Jeep® Wrangler Rubicon 4xe 20th Anniversary and the 2023 Jeep® Wrangler Rubicon 392 20th Anniversary are ready for adventures.
The 2023 Jeep® Wrangler Rubicon 4xe 20th Anniversary is electrified. It is a hybrid Jeep Wrangler with 375 horsepower and 470 lb.-ft of torque. It gets 49 MPGe and offers 21 miles of all-electric range. It is America’s best-selling plug-in hybrid.
Other new features include a 20th-anniversary swing gate plaque, shifter medallion, and hood decals in an electric blue theme. Half an inch was added to the suspension lift, bringing it to 32 inches of water fording and 11.2 inches of ground clearance. Also included are 17-by-7.5-inch beadlock-capable wheels, a triple hoop grille guard, an 83-piece tool kit with a canvas bag, auxiliary switches, and an all-weather slush bag. The SUV is available in the Granite Crystal color.
The 2023 Jeep® Wrangler Rubicon 392 has many rugged features. It is the quickest, fastest, and most trailblazing Wrangler. The Rubicon 392 runs on a V8 engine that produces 470 horsepower and 470-lb.-ft of torque. It can accelerate from 0-60 mph in 4.5 seconds and through a quarter mile in 13.0 seconds. Additional features include 20th-anniversary hood decals in a distinct 392 bronze theme, a swing gate plaque, and a shifter medallion. The half-inch suspension lift delivers 34.5 inches of water fording and 11.6 inches of ground clearance. The 20th Anniversary edition is available in the exterior colors of Earl, Firecracker Red, Punk’n, Hydro Blue, Sarge Green, Silver Zynith, Sting-Gray, black, and Bright White.
American Expedition Vehicles (AEV) has made a Rubicon 20th Anniversary Level II upfit in a limited quantity of 150 units. The package contains extra features, including a 37-inch tire. The legendary Wrangler Rubicon continues to blaze trails in the automobile industry.
